We offer a range of GP services at the Hammersmith and Fulham centres for health, including:
• Women’s health
• Contraceptive services
• Sexual health
• Vaccination/immunisation
• Child health services
• Dermatology (skin) services
• Management of long-term conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and lung disease
• Stop smoking services
• Lifestyle advice, such as sensible drinking advice
Opening times
We offer appointments from 08.00 to 20.00, seven days a week (excluding bank holidays).
If you or your family need medical attention when your GP practice is closed you can call the GP out-of-hours service on 020 8969 0808.
